Erin Jones, Founder + CEO

Erin's 20+ years of experience, along with her passion and commitment to the world of PR and marketing, began immediately upon her graduation from Western Kentucky University. As the Broadcast Coordinator and Press Officer of the ESPN X Games at ESPN, Inc., she coordinated media appearances for all staff and participating athletes, when the medium of alternative sports was just emerging, then exploded into mainstream culture.

From there, she joined The Kentucky Derby Festival as the Director of Publicity and Communications Manager, Kentucky's largest single annual event renowned for its celebration of the ‘Greatest Two Minutes in Sports’. Whole Foods Market then enlisted Erin as their Louisville Regional Marketing Specialist, where she planned, supervised, and executed all public relations/media relations, special events, and promotions. Next up, she was Director of Sales at Metromojo, LLC, where her supervision of sales process optimization, lead generation, qualification, contracting and advertising performance were notable at a time when web organizations were in their infancy.

Erin founded in. Mode Marketing in 2010, where her in-depth knowledge of the ever-evolving world of modern-day marketing is distinguished. Her strategic expertise in communications – PR, marketing, social media strategy, and event marketing – enhances the awareness of her diverse client base, which encompasses everything from philanthropy to consumer goods. Also, an accomplished speaker, Erin, has a notable resume of public speaking engagements at keynote marketing-related events throughout the country.

Craig Harden, Creative Consultant

With a talent for building brand awareness through comprehensive creative and marketing initiatives, Craig is all about applying innovative strategies and solutions with targeted and successful results. His skill set includes art and creative direction, copywriting, integrated marketing, media planning and buying, public relations, social media strategy/content creation, and website creative development.


A University of Kentucky graduate, Craig's entree into the world of marketing began with advertising agency Young & Rubicam in Los Angeles, then onto Ogilvy & Mather/Los Angeles. New York was next where he landed at Calvin Klein's groundbreaking in-house marketing agency CRK. At retail corporation Ann Taylor Inc. Craig was Director of Marketing, then Vice President of Media and PR, before relocating to Kentucky when he was recruited to join Louisville plastic surgeon Greg Brown's iconic RéVive Skincare, supervising all creative and marketing. His and Erin's talents complement each other very well, as they collaborate to bring fresh and innovative marketing ideas and strategies to the table for each and every in.Mode client.
